We are looking for a Joint Venture Coordinator
Job Description
- Ensure that VE are complient with relvant licenses’ JOA, relevant authority documentation/ information demands and adopt best industry practises (BIS) where relevant
- Establish and maintain a License HUB for VE operated license on a company level
- Develop and maintain procedures which describes the work processes relating to the license management area
- In close collaboration with the relevant MC Chair and relevant asset manager, manage relevant internal work processes related to the communication between the client and the Joint Venture partners
- Work as an integrated member of the JV coordination team, collaborating on the shared platform defined
- Develop and maintain a company standard for how to handle license management tasks for operated licenses and to operate this within the company’s License HUB
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between client and the JV partners of the operated licenses according to JOA, authority demands and BIS
- Capture synergies and added value creation for the relevant JVs
- Develop and maintain a standardized way for any VE operated licenses within the area of:
- License setup at L2S and at VE’s archive system (Vårin)
- VEMS procedures for License management and support
- How VE as operator relates to, and fulfil, the relevant JOAs
- Contribute to achieving synergies between licenses with clients participating interest (both operated and OBO licenses)
- Ensure timely presentations of, and respons to, information demands, hereunder
- Secretariat tasks of relevant JVs (ie JV meeting schedule and agendas, arrange meetings as required, meetings as required, prepare communication packages, take minutes and keep track of actions
- Keep overview of and follow up responses to JV actions including partner approvals of contracts, work programme and budget, release of JV information etc
- Prepare resolutions for partner approval related to contract strategies and contract award based on input from procurement
- Facilitate/coordinate LRP process and authorization approval proccesses
- Assist MC and TC chair on all relevant Joint venture activities
- For PL229 Goliat, also:
- Coordinate and monitor Audit followup and GAP gap closure
- Coordinate and facilitate Goliat ALT and other HFT/Goliat Asset activities, as agreed with Asset Manager
Qualification Requirements
- Videregående skole
- Bachelorgrad eller Cand. Mag (180-240 studiepoeng)
- Experience 4-5 years
