Deck Operator
Our client is currently seeking a Deck Operator to join their team. If you have experience in deck operations and possess intermediate English skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position: Deck Operator
Employment Type: Offshore
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe operation and maintenance of deck equipment and systems.
- Handle mooring lines, anchors, and other deck machinery during vessel operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on deck, including painting and cleaning.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with the deck team to ensure efficient vessel operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deck Operator or similar role on board ships.
- Familiarity with deck equipment and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic English proficiency, as part of the interview will be conducted in English.
- Relevant certifications and licenses preferred.
