Job Title: Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Design: Create, develop, and provide support for state-of-the-art control systems tailored for production and manufacturing.
- Collaborative Vision: Partner with departmental leaders to assess existing control capabilities and identify future opportunities. Develop comprehensive project roadmaps aligning with our business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley) and robot programming (ABB/Fanuc/Kuka). Integration of machinery and ability to read/write electrical drawings are paramount.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning to implementation, ensuring seamless integration of control systems.
- Communication Maven: Effectively liaise with contractors and Project Planners, ensuring smooth coordination and timely project delivery.
- CAD Proficiency: Utilize CAD software to design and optimize control solutions.
- Pneumatic Prowess: Apply your expertise in pneumatic systems to enhance control processes.
- Proactive Approach: Take the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining control processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley)
- Proficiency in robot programming (ABB/Fanuc/Kuka) (does not have to be all 3)
- Strong integration skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and Project Planners
- Project management expertise
- CAD proficiency
- Electrical experience (reading/writing electrical drawings)
- Pneumatic systems knowledge
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proactive attitude
