Asset Project Manager

Salary: Up to £48,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, including costs and timelines, to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and schedule.
• Report to and escalate issues to the head of projects.
• Develop project plans, identify tasks, milestones, and resource needs, and maintain accurate project records.
• Ensure compliance with client/internal KPIs and promptly communicate any potential deviations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effectively manage workload.
• Possess excellent presentation and networking abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Support the team with health and safety duties, including risk assessments and policy adherence.
• Under the guidance of the Project Director, manage day-to-day project operations, including:
• Ensuring compliance with 3rd party access procedures.
• Overseeing welfare arrangements, H&S documentation, and risk management.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in health and safety.
• Upholding operational policies and integrating health and safety into all processes.

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Prior involvement in the Renewable Energy sector.
• Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure.
• Customer-focused with adept relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages and thorough knowledge of H&S practices and CDM regulations.
• Hold a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
