Role Overview for Sales Administrator:
- Make outbound calls to current, lapsed, and prospective customers to retain business or document reasons for lost business
- Keep marketing lists up to date (email and telephone)
- Build rapport to gain customer confidence and trust
- Provide quotes to customers
- Communicate customer trends internally
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
About You:
- Outbound telephone experience (highly desirable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Resilient, motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Proficient in IT and familiar with data protection principles
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
