We are seeking an experienced Site Services Engineer to join our client and take full ownership of critical site service systems in a manufacturing/FMCG/food setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain key site services including chilling, compressed air, hot & ambient water, utilities, and CHP plants.
• Oversee fire suppression and security systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure system reliability and performance by troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects, collaborating with lead development engineers to drive sustainability, noise reduction, and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise the performance and integration of site service systems.

Requirements for the Site Services Engineer:

• Proven experience in site services management, specifically with compressed air, chilling systems, water systems, and utilities.
• Strong knowledge of CHP plants, fire suppression systems, and energy efficiency best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of service aspects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development engineers and other teams.
