Duties of the Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Lead:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and expertise to a team of Factory Shift Engineers.
- Maximizing equipment uptime through expertly planned and executed changeovers and interventions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives alongside Development Engineering.
- Ensuring your team meets deadlines and effectively managing contractors where needed.
- Holding Development Engineering accountable for creating effective SOPs, ensuring reliability, and considering design for manufacturing and maintenance.
- Overseeing workshop facilities, engineering stores, and factory amenities.
- Managing financial controls and budgetary responsibilities for repair, renewal, and consignment stocks.

- Previous experience in engineering/maintenance management in a highly automated environment.
