Location: Redditch
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 12pm – 9pm, Friday 9:30am – 5pm
Salary: £12 per hour

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver:
- Operate a Reach Forklift to load, unload, and move metal products safely (valid forklift license required).
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading trucks.
- Handle heavy lifting up to 25kg (or more if comfortable).
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure accurate processing of orders.
- Flexibility for potential overtime, which will be paid.
Requirements for Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver:
- Valid Reach Forklift License.
- Previous warehouse experience, including handling heavy products.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg or more.
- Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality.
- Must be flexible and reliable during peak times.
