Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
We’re looking for a highly skilled and resourceful engineer who thrives on tackling technical challenges independently.
This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, where much of the equipment is custom-designed and built in-house.
The vacancy will be on a 4 on, 4 off rota basis including day and night shifts.
Industry experience in food, fmcg or processing is a plus, but not essential so please apply if you believe you’re suitable!
What We’re Looking For:
- A flexible and enthusiastic team player who performs well under pressure.
- A mechanically skilled, time-served technician with a strong systems and control focus and knowledge of electrical control wiring diagrams.
- Someone eager to learn new technologies, with experience in PLC programming and fault diagnosis.
Your Role:
- Providing technical leadership to operations teams during your shift.
- Responding to breakdowns and changeovers in a 4 on, 4 off rotating days & nights schedule.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and new product developments alongside lead engineers.
- Taking full ownership of your work, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and contractors.
