Job Title: Solar Mechanical Labourer
Start Date: July
Type: Freelance / CIS
Rate: £14 - £16 per hour (depending on experience and tickets)
We are currently seeking three reliable and motivated Mechanical Labourers to support a solar refurbishment project in Anglesey. The successful candidates will work directly under the guidance of a Mechanical Supervisor to assist with the refurbishment of solar systems and related mechanical installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mechanical installations and refurbishment tasks on a solar project.
Work under the direction of the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Help with the assembly and installation of mechanical components.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and site protocols.
Assist with equipment handling and site setup.
Requirements:
Previous experience in mechanical labouring, ideally within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
Must have a valid CIS registration.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience working on solar projects is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information:
Competitive hourly rate.
CIS contract.
Potential for extended work if performance is satisfactory.
