The Role:
As a Weaving Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of weaving machinery and the consistent production of top-quality fabrics. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting looms, monitoring fabric output, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

️ Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of looms (e.g. rapier, air-jet, jacquard)
- Perform setup, threading, and adjustments based on production specifications
- Conduct regular machine checks and carry out basic mechanical maintenance
- Identify and resolve weaving faults and stoppages quickly and efficiently
- Monitor fabric quality throughout the production run
- Keep accurate production and maintenance records
- Work closely with the production and quality control teams
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in a weaving or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of weaving processes
- Familiarity with loom types and electronic controls
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts or flexible hours if required
