Hours: 06:00am - 15:00pm Monday - Thursday / 06:00am -11:00am Fridays

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, working on the assembly and production line to help craft our holiday homes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of machinery and hand tools to manufacture and assemble components
Follow technical drawings, job specifications, and standard operating procedures
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards
Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and operating machinery
Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
