Job Title: Transport Supervisor
Location: Magor, Caldicot
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off Nights 1800-0600
Salary: £34,000pa
MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor to join our clients established team based in the Magor area.
This is a night role but training will take place on days to begin with.
Job Description:
Support and deliver the transport operational plan
Planning and organising vehicles and drivers
driver pre and de brief
customer queries communicating any issues with deliveries
driver queries
assisting with defects, vehicle compliance
Ensure EU legislation requirements are met
General admin duties
Requirements:
- Previous transport planning experience an advantage
Driver hour knowledge
Good systems experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Good customer service
