Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver - Reading, Berkshire

MDE are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver to join a growing fuel distribution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working independently, and taking pride in delivering an essential service to customers.

You’ll be based in Reading, covering a 50-mile radius, with the security of a permanent role, excellent pay, and great long-term benefits.

The role:

• Safely delivering fuel to commercial and domestic customers on time and in full

• Providing excellent customer service on every drop

• Carrying out vehicle checks and paperwork accurately

• Working outdoors in all conditions, keeping safety front of mind

• Taking a flexible approach with start/finish times and occasional Saturdays (rota)

What we’re looking for:

• ADR qualification (highly desirable)

• A flexible, positive attitude and customer-first mindset

• Good understanding of tachographs and working time regulations

• Comfortable working outdoors and handling a physically demanding role

• Smart, professional appearance and strong communication skills
