Role Title: HV Electrical Design Engineer
Salary: £55,000 - £95,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Our client is a dynamic engineering company, specializing in high-voltage solutions, renewable energy, and electrical power infrastructure. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects lined up until 2025 and beyond, they are now seeking a talented HV Electrical Design Engineer to be a key player in their expanding business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality designs on time, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Handle multiple design projects and prioritize conflicting deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project engineers to understand their requirements and justify design decisions effectively.
- Provide technical support to project engineers for design-related queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients, attending crucial design and project coordination meetings.
Requirements for Success:
- Relevant experience in high voltage electrical engineering design (33 kV and above) within the electrical contracting or utility industries.
- Possess an HNC or Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold a full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK without limitation.
- A higher degree or postgraduate qualification in power systems would be advantageous.
- Strong report writing skills and the ability to communicate technical information.
