Role Requirements
- Drivers Licence (No more than 3 points)
- Interest in learning about renewable energy systems.
- Knowledge of UK building and water regulations.
- Understanding of flushing, inhibitors and additives needed for heating systems
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and solve issues related to installed renewable energy systems.
- Attend to breakdowns, carry out investigations and fault-find.
- Conduct routine service and maintenance for installed renewable energy systems.
- Inspect systems when arranged by the service administrator.
- Resolve on-site issues by conducting plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Monitor for manufacturer faults on installed renewable energy systems and report to the office for warranty claims.
- Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and parts are available on-site.
- Test work and ensure the system is operating correctly prior to departure from site.
- Complete and submit relevant return visit paperwork.
- Provide out-of-hour support to clients as required and in line with a pre-agreed rota.
