MDE are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join one of our valued clients, an award-winning renewable energy provider, who are looking to develop their solar installation team. We are seeking a talented Solar Project Manager to join their workforce. Whether you have managed solar installs before or you have experience installing solar and would like to take the next step into management, this is certainly an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

This is a predominantly site-based role, working closely with the entire team. You will be overseeing a number of installs both in the domestic and commercial spaces. The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for the entire install. You will run teams, ensuring high standards are met, completing testing and commissioning once systems are installed and completing RAMS reports. You will also be ensuring designs are followed and the upper-management team are informed of site progress.

This could be the perfect role for you IF:

• You have experience installing solar PV systems (domestic and commercial)
• You have experience in inspection and testing.
• Possess great customer service skills.
• Have a professional and polite personality.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.
• Reside in the Kent area.
• Are fully electrically qualified (extremely desirable)
