From feasibility studies to securing permits and financing, youll oversee the full project lifecycle. Trailblaze your way through the renewable energy sector by identifying and evaluating new project opportunities. From mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures and partnerships, youll lead the charge in expanding our companys presence across Europe. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, utilities, suppliers, and contractors.
Lead, Collaborate, and Win
Youll manage the country development team and collaborate seamlessly with our central departments. Your exceptional communication skills, negotiation prowess, and ability to navigate complex situations will ensure effective project execution and delivery. Prepare and deliver progress reports to our country head and Regional Managing Director, showcasing your achievements and influence.
Stay on key industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes. Your strategic decision-making skills will guide the companys growth and success.
What are we after?
With a bachelors degree in engineering/Economics/Business or related fields, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the energy sector, power business, and mergers & acquisitions, youre ready to make a powerful impact. Your entrepreneurial spirit, business orientation, and leadership prowess will set you apart. Embrace challenges, think outside the box, and leverage your creativity to overcome obstacles and achieve greatness.

Key Points:

• Responsible for successful project development and execution of solar storage and wind projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and evaluate new project opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, local communities, utilities, suppliers, and contractors.
• Manage the country development team and collaborate with central departments for effective project execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to the country head and Regional Managing Director.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
• Collaborate with other country heads to share best practices and support overall company growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote capabilities and develop business relationships.

What will you be targeted on?

• Origination of solar, storage, and wind pipeline.
• Signature of Project Development Agreement (PDA) and Merger and Development Agreement (MDA) for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Signing of Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for ready-to-build projects.
• Drafting and approval of Investment Memorandum.
• Management of the Development Budget.
