PV Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track client issues, ensuring timely resolution and reporting progress.
  • Provide comprehensive updates and reports to clients, maintaining transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance client retention and explore additional service opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of all obligations.
  • Identify commercial and financial risks within accounts, promptly reporting any additional costs to clients.
  • Present innovative services and ideas to clients, contributing to the overall business marketing strategy.
  • Represent the clients viewpoint in team meetings and actively participate in external meetings on behalf of the organization.
  • Contribute to the growth of commercial awareness within the company.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Account Manager or Asset Manager.
  • Essential experience in the solar energy industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in IT skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Contractually competent with an understanding of technical issues and key performance indicators.
  • Financial literacy is essential.
