As a member of the Portfolio Management team, you will be instrumental in managing O&M portfolios in the UK and potentially in other countries. Youll work closely with the portfolio team, ensuring optimal performance of our clients solar assets and maintaining strong relationships. With a focus on growth, youll contribute to the development of policies, processes, and business improvements. Youll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the renewable energy industry, specifically in solar, and be part of continuous improvement initiatives. As you progress, you may even manage portfolios and take on more responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with internal stakeholders and departments to improve our overall business outputs and establish strong networks with our clients.
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all key stakeholders /customers and support the portfolio managers on any concerns raised and implement remedial plans where required.
- Responsible for the preparation of our monthly/quarterly slide packs for each client and development of a consistent framework.
- Support the Business Development function by working closely with the team on contractual negotiations and mark up.
- Support on larger punch list works to be the key interface between operational teams and our clients.
- Supporting the accuracy of quotations being provided based on what is chargeable or not from a materials and labour perspective.
- Support any commercial agreements, seek agreement on quotes for revenue-generating work, and resolve disputes, where required.
If you have at least 1 year of operational or asset management experience in the renewable energy industry (preferably in solar) and possess strong contract management skills, we invite you to apply. A bachelors degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous.
