Opportunity to join an established Sustainable Energy Client.

MDE is working with a client on a mission to deliver sustainable energy at a scale that makes a real impact on climate change. They create advanced hybrid solar + battery farms, manage the UKs leading EV charging infrastructure, and offer an innovative EV leasing program. In this role youll play a vital role in the rapid decarbonization of transport in an equitable and affordable way. Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Performance Manager, youll be responsible for tracking and optimizing the performance of assets managed by their Operations Team.
  • Youll lead reporting activities, analyze KPIs, and ensure accurate and timely reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your expertise in data analytics and reporting will be key as you support the Head of Asset Management and contribute to system developments for their Network Operations Centre.
  • Youll work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders, identify performance gaps, implement improvement strategies, and automate processes.
  • Responsible for reporting availability and performance KPIs from third-party contractors in connection to SLA´s and warranties.
  • Responsible for automating production of performance and risk information and reducing errors, developing new processes and tools to increase the operational control of the assets.

Key skills and Experience:

  • If you have a strong analytical mindset, experience in data manipulation and analysis, and proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and a background in renewable energy or electric charging infrastructure are desirable.
  • Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proactive attitude will be valued in in the team.
  • 3+ years of work experience in renewal energy, electric charging infrastructure.
  • Renewable energy Asset Management experience
  • A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
