Head of Asset Management
My client is one of the leading companies working within renewable energy, energy storage, and EV infrastructure. They are seeking an ambitious, commercially astute, and talented Head of Asset Management to lead and grow their business unit. You will lead a team responsible for managing the technical and commercial performance of assets, including PV and EV infrastructure, across Europe for their ever-expanding client base.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and systems meet performance criteria.
- Establish and manage quality control procedures to comply with regulations and achieve technical and commercial success.
- Oversee new system onboarding and report to the Exec Board.
- Manage Asset Management Technical and Commercial teams with clear KPIs.
- Refine portfolio governance and processes to deliver services effectively.
- Procure and manage supply chain capacity and quality of service.
- Mitigate risk throughout portfolios and communicate business implications.
- Support Senior Management Team with commission proposals and new business opportunities.
- Retain key information and learning from each project for knowledge management.
Key requirements:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering
- A passion for renewable energy.
- Experience in managing multi-asset PV portfolios.
- Demonstratable experience managing teams.
- Experience working within European Markets.
- Proactive, hard-working, and solutions-driven with a can-do attitude,
- Excellent project management skills, effective communication skills, the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- SCADA systems experience ideal but not essential.
- Good commercial Acumen.
