Responsibilities:

• As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities are diverse and impactful, ranging from ensuring compliance with technical and operational obligations to coordinating projects and managing subcontractors.
• Youll play a vital role in optimizing portfolio availability, supervising critical processes, and ensuring efficient on-site operations and maintenance.
• Your role will involve reporting, analysing, and modelling assets across various types and sites, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Team leadership of Technical Asset Managers and Field service engineers.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy or a related field, preferably with ambitions to be part of a leading BESS organization.
• An engineering or science degree or in a similar field.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data, provide in-depth analysis, and demonstrate numerical rigor.
• Experience in the energy industry Battery Storage specifically is essential.
• Proficiency with office systems, and a knack for using data analysis tools will be beneficial.
• You have a proactive approach, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to adding value.
• Management Experience.
