The ideal candidate:
MDE is seeking an individual who excels in fostering collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage and report on legislative compliance matters with a detail-oriented mindset and an ability to effectively communicate complex data. You will be adept at initiating responses to data alerts to enhance customer engagement and will contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

This role requires a self-starter with a knack for independent goal-setting, vigilant progress monitoring, and an analytical approach to ensure data integrity and meaningful insights. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on compliance with legislative requirements such as CCAs and SECR for energy efficiency, load management, and storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and Account Managers to gather critical data for Energy Management as a Service (EMaaS) contract fulfillment.
  • Perform collection and initial analysis of carbon reporting data to support SECR or Netzero initiatives.
  • Monitor and issue data alerts to the Energy Control Centre, facilitating proactive energy management and customer communication.
  • Generate automated energy and carbon usage reports to aid audit teams, and assist in developing feasibility studies and digital twins for clients.


Requirements for Success:

  • Proficient in IT with expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and presentation for effective communication to stakeholders.
  • Skilled in maintaining data quality and adherence to procedures and regulations within a professional setting.
  • Independent in setting goals, monitoring progress, and prioritizing tasks for successful project completion.
  • Collaborative in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines with team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and draw insightful conclusions.
