MDE are recruiting for a driven, ambitious and entreprenurial recruitment consultant with a passion for business development and providing a high value service to the Engineering industry, working with companies who design and manufacture fighter jets, F1 cars to MRI scanners.
If you have at least 6 months recruitment experience but feel there are better opportunities out there then, you should apply for the position

Responsibilities
- Discuss the circumstances around each job seeker, to understand what opportunities are most suited to them
- Discuss staffing needs with hiring managers across the UK
- Coordinate interview processes, managing the process from application to job offer
- Consult customer and candidates on the current job market, communicating trends and addressing issues
- Various administration task
- Grow your desk incrementally increasing placement rate and your earnings!
- Collaborate with team members address opportunities in the market.
Requirements
- Ideally Degree qualified or proven background in a professional environment
- Excellent communication skills, orally and written
- Good numeracy skills
- Good Organisation skills to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Able to use IT systems and software
- Previous Sales or Recruitment experience or proven record of placements
- Keen eye for business opportunities
- Commerically minded
- Able to grasp technical language
- Interest in how things are made in Engineering or Manufacturing advantageous
