**Position: Control Panel Wireman/Team Leader**

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Control Panel Wiring:** As a Control Panel Wireman/Team Leader, you will be responsible for the accurate and prompt assembly of control panels. This includes conducting wiring tasks to ensure high quality and efficiency. You will interpret schematic drawings, understand cable sizing, wire numbering, and continuity of supplies. Additionally, you will build copperwork and fit components according to engineering specifications.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Control Panel Wireman, ideally with team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of schematic drawings and control panel wiring techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting cable sizing, wire numbering, and supply continuity.
- Familiarity with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and preferred practices.
- Ability to effectively use hand and power tools associated with control panel assembly.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Full UK driving license and occasional availability for site visits.
