MDE Recruitment is working with a leading organisation in the automotive sector, currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy operations team. This position begins on a temporary basis with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service to both customers and internal teams. You’ll handle enquiries, manage information accurately, and help ensure vehicles and related documentation are processed smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing professional, reliable support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to customer and dealer enquiries.
Provide accurate information and updates on orders, vehicles, or documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are completed efficiently and correctly.
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
Support the day-to-day running of the customer service operation.
Ensure every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellent service.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role (office-based, automotive, or logistics experience preferred).
Confident, clear, and professional communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
