MDE are seeking an experienced Site Management/Project Co-Ordinator to join our clients team.

You dont need huge volumes of experience in solar, but we are looking for individuals who are driven, want to learn and have experience managing construction.

As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent coordination and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project team, maintaining a high level of professionalism, politeness, and competency while liaising with clients.
• Prepare essential pre-project documentation, including CPP, RAMS, WPTP, WMP, to ensure smooth project initiation.
• Assist the design team by conducting thorough checks of potential construction drawings before construction commences.
• Efficiently order and secure PV materials and equipment for assigned projects, focusing on cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and plant hire.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management or project coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in adhering to best practices for safety, quality, and compliance in project operations.
