As a Project Manager reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing projects for clients in the UK. Your goal is to achieve project objectives by planning and overseeing all activities, from evaluating and implementing the progress of renewable projects to ensuring client reporting is delivered on time and conducting a thorough post-project debrief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements
• Anticipate and resolve resource issues to avoid delays
• Oversee day-to-day project operations
• Ensure project methodology is followed
• Maintain complete and current project documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation
• Manage project budget and analyze financial performance
• Work with clients and customers to define and document requirements
• Report project status to stakeholders and meet agreed timelines

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Electrical and/or Mechanical background favourable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize profit margins
• Relevant project management skills and a flexible approach to work.
