MDE are supporting an established Capital fund who have a strong focus on renewable and infrastructure assets. The client in question is seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a crucial role. As the primary point of contact for payment-related inquiries, you will play a vital role in processing payment runs and providing part-time support to the Renewables Portfolio Team.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and upload invoices from asset managers and handle ad-hoc payments.
  • Thoroughly review invoices to ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to reconcile out-of-budget payments and verify the completion of services.
  • Utilise calculation spreadsheets provided by asset managers to verify payments and index increases accurately.
  • Communicate with asset managers regarding entry and invoice discrepancies, requesting reports and statements when needed.
  • Efficiently process payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Perform data entry tasks using our CRM system.

  • Experience in Investment Management or Financial Services (beneficial).
  • Familiarity with using a CRM system (beneficial).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enjoys multitasking.
