Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
- Telephone: Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Email Management: Answering emails promptly and professionally.
- Customer Service: Managing customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Order Processing: Handling sales orders efficiently.
- Customer Returns: Overseeing the customer return process.
- Sales Support: Assisting both external and internal sales personnel.
