Bristol | £12.60 per hour | Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–1pm
Are you looking for a steady role in a friendly, supportive warehouse team? We’re recruiting for a motivated Order Picker & Packer to join our operation in Bristol. This is an ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that values its people and offers long-term prospects.
What you’ll be doing
Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods accurately
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Labelling and loading items securely, following company procedures
Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy, and well-organised
Working with your team to meet daily targets and maintain high standards
What we’re looking for
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (picking, packing, or goods-in)
A reliable and detail-focused approach to work
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
A team player with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing workloads
