Pay Rate: £12.60 to £14.13 per hour + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:00–15:00 | Friday 06:00–11:00 (Early Finish)

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll work within a skilled team to assemble, finish, and inspect products to the highest standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
Reading and following assembly instructions and job specifications
Conducting quality checks to maintain production standards
Working collaboratively with your team to meet targets
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essential
Confident using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
