The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join a busy engineering and manufacturing facility in Bristol. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality finishes on industrial components used in construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and spray industrial components to a high standard
Carry out surface preparation including masking, sanding, and priming
Mix paints correctly and apply coatings in line with specifications
Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment
Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience in industrial or automotive paint spraying is essential
Good understanding of paint types, mixing ratios, and surface preparation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts:
Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:30pm to 9pm, Friday 12:30pm to 6:30pm
