As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, your primary responsibility is overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion. This involves effective coordination with stakeholders, ensuring projects are timely, within budget, and meet specifications. The role requires UK travel and flexibility with working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion.
- Mentor project engineers, ensuring guidance from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and manage commercial aspects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Manage in-house design and engineering teams.
- Attend client meetings, handle procurement, and organize logistics.
- Provide proactive support on compliance and embody the companys principles.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years project management experience in the electrical industry.
- Previous experience in project delivery and client management.
- Confidence in managing diverse teams and strong commitment to project success.
- Commercial project management and financial forecasting experience.
- Effective communication, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize workload.
- Full UK driving license.
- Right to work in the UK.
