Are you looking for a new opportunity in HV? MDE are looking for a Cable Jointers to join a leading Engineering Business in the Bristol area.
Overview:
Carrying out jointing, cabling and excavation work on a pre-planned and quick response basis. You will take responsible for the safety of yourself and colleagues, acting as an ambassador for a strong safety culture in everything you do.
The role can be demanding and youll also be required to respond quickly to any emergency situations that may arise as we want to provide the best possible service to our customers in their time of need.
Required Experience:
- To be considered for this role, you will be motivated and hard-working, alongside having a skilled background in HV/LV Jointing. Experience in working with a DNO or IDNO would be fantastic, but not essential.
- Enthusiasm and drive with a flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business and project priorities.
- A high regard for safety, embedding yourself in our safety culture and adhering to guidelines in everything you do is a key priority.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to convey technical aspects in a clear manner.
- It is an essential requirement you have a full UK driving licence.

- CSCS Card, Emergency First Aid, Driving License, NRSWA and SMSTS.
