MDE Groups nuclear division are proud to support a renowned Engineering Consultancy as they seek a Bid Winning Director who will have the responsibility to increase the companys order book to £60m per annum.

Here is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic senior nuclear industry professional from a project, tendering, bidding or programme management background to join a rapidly expanding specialist with a storied history and a presence across all of the key nuclear projects in Europe.

The company design, manufacture and install components to support projects across the nuclear & defence industries. With a multi - award winning team already in situ, there are healthy expansion plans for the wider company as well as the opportunity to immediately grow the sales and tendering function.

The position requires a pragmatic strategic thinker who can leverage their project delivery knowledge and skills, nuclear expertise and (crucially) network of senior contacts across the nuclear CapEx landscape to help propel the company to £60m p/a in orders. With 3 direct reports (and in close collaboration with the Head of Tendering), you will lobby, influence and network amongst key decision makers on nuclear projects to help secure and ultimately plan the execution of further contracts.

The Role

*Business Winning Director - Nuclear Capex Projects

*Support tenders and plan and process map execution of new contracts

*Maintain and levy relationships, open doors, map markets, lobby, advise, influence and persuade

*Remote / hybrid role - applicant can live anywhere in Great Britain

*£120k - £150k + 25% Bonus + BUPA family cover + Car Allowance + Pension

*May come from a delivery, programme, tendering, bidding or contract management background
