We are looking for a OR&A Production Superintendent!

Job Description

  • Ensure that relevant activities within the discipline are within the company framework and in conformance with contract requirements, Project Execution Plan, and relevant laws and regulations. The health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment shall be taken care of. 
  • Delivery of all Production related OR&A activities as identified in the AIP OR&A Management System Process 
  • Deliver the commitments in the OR&A Operations Preparation Strategy and Production related activities in the scope of work / contract 
  • Follow the RACI chart for each activity within the OR&A Operations Preparation Strategy, and either execute, coordinate or monitor progress of activities as required 
  • Coordinate with 3rd parties, the project team, operations support and others as required to plan for & deliver the activities 
  • Lead the activities required for the O&M phase (procedures, registers, TAR plans etc) 
  • Lead the development of the Ops Manuals (including marine) 
  • Lead the development of the assurance programs (ops acceptance of systems / milestone reviews from the project) 
  • Lead the development of the plan for start up 
  • Lead the development of the relevant onboard systems and equipment (e.g. the lab, the weeps & seeps register, CCR log books etc) 
  • Assist with Personnel preparation related OR&A activities 
  • Assist with Project preparation related OR&A activities 
  • Ensure that required required documents are developed in a timely manner.  
  • Keep OR&A Manager and Project Cost Controller updated with regards to planned activities and their costs versus budget and current forecast.
  • General support of and participation in the OR&A activities, including liaison with Contractor and Client  
  • Other duties as required by the OR&A Manager  
 

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry, including minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/management position in Operation.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills applied to a multi-disciplined OR&A team  
  • English – fluent written and verbal skills  
  • Recent relevant experience in shipyards is an advantage  
  • Recent relevant experience of UK project execution is an advantage
