HSEQ

MDE works systematically on issues regarding health, safety, environment, and quality, (HSEQ) in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Our operational and management control systems have been certified according to ISO-standards and ensures that we are continually working to improve our performance and quality of service when meeting the demands and expectations of our employees, clients, and suppliers.

Our employees are our most important asset, and we are committed to their professional development and improving their expertise, to suit the demands in the market and the needs of our clients. MDE as an employer takes a keen interest in the development of every employee. In accordance with the ISO 45001 standard, we operate according to a precautionary principle to ensure that our employees have a safe working environment without risk of personal injury – as well as minimizing the environmental impact of our activity.

We aim to have a secure working environment for our employees while earning our clients’ trust as operations will never take priority over safety for ourselves or others. We shall prevent undesired incidents through joint efforts in improving HSEQ routines.
