Project Development and Execution is a corporate unit in Altera, delivering large, complex technical and major projects in the offshore energy industry. Development, contracting, and execution of such large-scale projects requires advanced engineering and worldclass project management. Our Project Development and Execution unit is a centre of technical and project management excellence for all large projects across Altera. We are meeting the energy transition and leading the industry to a sustainable future.
You will have interfaces with several other departments in the organisation.

Workplace in Trondheim, but open for Oslo.
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield.
Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new processes and technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure manufacturability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Mentor and guide junior team members in process optimization strategies.
To succeed in this position, we believe the following qualities are necessary:
Technical education on a bachelor's level or higher
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field
Systematic and proactive
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility & problem-solving skills
Effective relationships in line with Altera standards
Able to work unaccompanied and prioritise work based on needs
