We are on the lookout for a brilliant Engineer wihin the Drilling and Well Facilities field. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Interventions, P&A, Drilling, Completion, and Subsea operations for new wells on Fixed platforms and Mobile installations.
Job Description
Participate in planning drilling and well activities.
Monitor drilling equipment and drilling planet integrity daily according to internal and external requirements.
Provide weekly updates on regularity report, downtime, and rig availability.
Ensure design and decisions align with D&W Technical Integrity.
Participate in HAZOP’s, HAZID’s, and Risk Assessments.
Identify, initiate, and follow up on modification work within remit.
Collaborate with safety technology to address technical issues.
Follow up and close out assigned actions in Synergy and Disp process.
Offshore travel to NCS may be required.
Oversee the drilling contractor's maintenance of drilling facility, loose drilling equipment, and equipment recertification.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant competence. Extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education (mechanical or electrical background).
Extensive experience within D&W Operations and Rig Facilities.
Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for drilling equipment on the Norwegian continental shelf.
Familiarity with relevant internal company requirements and governing documents.
- All necessary qualifications and certifications for work on offshore installations.

Strong commitment to safe operations with good HSE qualifications.
Highly respected for competence and behavior.
Strong cooperation skills.
Decisive with the ability to deliver according to plan.
