Job Description
Develop and maintain the project schedule for the Commissioning and Offshore phases by proactively gathering information from various stakeholders and integrating them into a comprehensive schedule.
Coordinate Onshore/Offshore Commissioning and Completion activities.
Lead project progress reviews, validate, and challenge actual progress.
Ensure consistency in commitments from both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify the critical path and risks associated with the project schedule within your area and propose optimization and mitigation actions.
Contribute to the project strategy in compliance with requirements set by Project Management.
Prepare schedule and progress reports for live, revised, and baseline plans.
Promote time management best practices within the project team.
Qualification Requirements
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage.
Ability to handle schedule simulations, manage different scenarios, and adapt to changing project goals.
Collaborative and proactive working attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to deadlines and quality standards.
Structured, organized, and engaged team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a project planner.
Experience with EPCI-C projects, especially offshore operations and commissioning activities, is required.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in technical or commercial fields. Relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal qualifications.
