Are You a Senior Recruiter with Oil & Gas Experience in Dubai?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and candidate assessment to client engagement and placement. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify hiring needs, develop strategies, and deliver top-tier talent across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various technical and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Stay informed of regional labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, preferably in the energy, engineering, or oil & gas industries.
• Deep understanding of the MENA talent landscape and recruitment practices.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across various platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
