As part of a dynamic and multicultural environment, you'll coordinate electrical and automation packages across local projects—from design through to construction. As the Electrical and Automation Interface Engineer, you’ll play a key role in pushing technical boundaries and act as the main interface with our Client's internal teams. 

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's is desirable); 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial project, in electrical engineering; 
• Able to list all key engineering deliverables to be provided at FEED stage, and key interfaces between engineering disciplines; 
• Computer Literate. Microsoft office tools including MS Project, and management of remote teams;
• In depth knowledge of concurrent engineering procurement and construction, and staged gate project development process; 
• Managerial skills; and
• Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking), any additional language skills would be considered as an asset. 

Personal qualities that are particularly valued:

• Coordinate electrical & automation design efforts with project teams, integrating sub-contractor and equipment packages.
• Align design drawings with project/site-specific requirements by working with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Review technical queries, oversee shop drawing progress, and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare technical submissions, datasheets, material and equipment lists for vendors and local projects.
• Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings to identify value optimization opportunities.
• Review and integrate design inputs from consultants and vendors; join design reviews and HAZOP sessions.
• Provide technical input during design, engineering, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Contribute to electrical design strategies and integration of automation equipment, including LV switchgear, transformers, and AC/DC drives.
