We are looking for a Electrical Senior Engineer – Heat Trace
Job Description
- Calculation, selection, and follow-up of heat trace cable design
- Design and follow-up of heat trace requirements according to P&ID’s and project solutions
- Input, update, and maintenance of heat trace engineering register information
- Generation of heat trace ISO’s from Aveva E3D
- Preparation and update of heat trace MTO’s
- Participation in meetings between fabrication and engineering
- Interface and collaboration with other disciplines
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical College combined with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in onshore and offshore facilities
- EX course (renewed every 5 years). If the candidate does not hold an EX certificate, the course must be completed as soon as possible after starting work
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design of electrical heat-trace systems for offshore projects
- Experience and strong knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC
- Familiarity with Aveva E3D and NavisWorks
