We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator
Job Description
- Follow-up on any comments and approval of documentation
- Contribute to planning and execution of our deliveries
- Coordination of shipments to customers – both internally with finance and warehouse, and externally with customers and transport companies
Qualification Requirements
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Good English and Norwegian skills, both oral and written
- Experience with document handling and preferably also project coordination
- Good knowledge of Word and Adobe (PDF) / PDF-Xchange
- Ability to work in a structured and accurate manner and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively
- To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage many activities in a busy workday while remaining structured and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and wants to contribute positively to necessary process changes.
