We are looking for a Wellsite Drilling Engineer
The Wellsite Drilling Engineer provides onsite engineering support to the offshore team. Contributes to safe and cost-effective execution of all offshore drilling and completion operations.
Job Description
- Provides day-to-day onsite monitoring and reporting of rig-based well activities, ensuring operations comply with the client`s and Rig Contractor Management Systems
- Liaises with the Drilling Contractor and third-party service contractors to ensure operations are performed in accordance with the drilling/completion program, detailed operating procedures and relevant guidelines in a safe and cost-effective manner
- Provides engineering support to the Company drilling supervisor
- Ensures accurate and timely reporting regarding operations, equipment, and performance evaluation
- Captures operational lessons learned for continuous performance improvement
Qualification Requirements
- Relevant M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education
- Sound technical understanding of D&W planning and operations
- 5 years + of relevant experience
Duration: December 2025 until 31.12.2026- 2/4 offshore rotation
