We are lookig for x2 Senior Document Controller
Job Description
- Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures
- Responsible for document management in individual project or contract
- Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines
- Responsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document control
- Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool
- Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems
- Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation
- Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation-
Qualification Requirements
- Long experience, 10 to 12 years, within offshore /onshore related projects
- Knowledge of relevant standards, prosedure and requirements
- Knowledge of modifications on offshore / onshore installations when in operation
- The ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Is systematic and accurate
- Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
- Is solution-oriented
- Collaborative work attitude and accepts multicultural work environment
