Job Description

• Adapt and develop customer-specific solutions for industrial networks and OT security in projects, such as SIEM and NIDS
• Conduct risk assessments and security testing, as well as fix and document solutions
• Support sales activities, bid management, commissioning teams, and after-sales
• Make decisions related to security matters
• Take responsibility for implementing cybersecurity solutions in line with best industry practices, both remotely and on-site
• Continuously develop personal knowledge of trends and tools, while contributing to the growth and development of others
• Work both independently and in teams, with strong execution capability and willingness to go into depth

Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience with IT/OT cybersecurity architectures and technologies
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and secure development processes
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, and NERC CIP is an advantage
• Ability to structure and manage complex tasks in global and multicultural teams
• Relevant higher education in communications engineering, networking, or OT security (Bachelor/Master/Associate degree)
• Several years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably within large automation and control systems
• Very good knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switching, and routing)
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are an advantage
• Deep expertise in secure configuration of network and security equipment (switches, routers, and firewalls)
• Willingness to travel as part of project assignments
