Job Description

• PRE (package responsible engineer) in studies and execution projects
• Development of technical requisitions
• Evaluation of bids from vendors
• Package follow-up
• Follow-up of equipment overhaul by manufacturer
• Inspections and FAT
• Input to Work Packages

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within mechanical engineering is preferable
• Technical college or similar may be acceptable
• Experience as PRE (package responsible engineer)
• Detailed knowledge of Statoil technical requirements
• Preferred experience from the client’s projects
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Multidiscipline understanding
• Good communication skills and a cooperative working attitude
• Systematic, accurate and efficient working approach
• Creative and solution-oriented
• High loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
• Proactive, seeking advice and sharing own experience with others
• Ability to communicate well in English, both orally and in writing; Norwegian is an advantage

• Creative thinking skills
